Aparejador – Inspection and Signing of Construction Projects:
As a certified Aparejador, we review and sign off on construction projects after renovations or new builds to ensure the work has been properly executed in accordance with Spanish law and Swedish building standards. Before the final inspection, material documentation, purchase receipts, and deliveries are reviewed to ensure the correct materials have been used and all work has been carried out properly.
Contract Review and Procurement:
We review contracts and procurement documents to clearly specify requirements for materials, purchase documentation, and transparency in material markups. The goal is to ensure the right materials are used from the start, with full traceability and documentation.
