We work on both exclusive full renovations and smaller, technically demanding assignments.
Due to the high level of exclusivity in Mallorca, many of our clients choose not to publish their projects publicly – something we fully understand.
MLC approaches every project with the same precision, regardless of its scale.
It can be a complete villa renovation or a specific task, such as restoring a sauna where a previous contractor failed to follow the guidelines.
Our goal is always the same – to deliver quality, safety, and functionality so the client receives the result originally intended.

Sol de Mallorca, Spain Assignment: Complete renovation – interior and exterior. Services: Construction management, turnkey contracting, electrical installation, façade renovation, painting & quality control. MLC Byggkonsult, together with local workers, was responsible for the complete renovation of an exclusive villa in Sol de Mallorca. The project included both interior and exterior work – new plaster and façade painting, interior painting, and electrical installations with modernization and safety upgrades. The work was carried out with a strong focus on quality, safety, and design – from planning to final delivery.

Sauna Renovation – Santa Ponça After a previous contractor used incorrect materials and failed to treat the wood according to guidelines, MLC was commissioned to restore the sauna. We have now rebuilt it, selected the right materials, and treated the wood properly to achieve durability, safety, and the level of quality the client expected. The image shows the sauna during the final phase of the renovation.
